The ability to feel anchored, calm, grounded, and focused in challenging situations by resetting your nervous system and maintaining it by using daily emotional regulation techniques. In this class, we will explore different techniques to increase your Emotional Resilience such as breathwork, meditation, visualization, gentle movements, awareness techniques, mindfulness, and more!

Study groups allow members to explore course content, complete exercises and move through PDS workbooks in a small group setting. This is an open topic group study hall. Let us know what course you are working on and we will try and match you up with others who are working on the same course. This is for those looking for additional support while completing coursework.
