The All-Access pass will give you access to everything in the Personal Development School. This includes all courses and workbooks that are currently available as well new courses every month, 2x weekly live webinars with Thais where your personal questions can be addressed, and the Member’s Lounge forum where our community can connect personally. The Member’s Lounge also holds all past webinars that have occurred since our Webinar feature was launched.
You will continue to have access to all courses and features so long as you keep your subscription active!

Bundles come in two different forms: (1) Attachment Style Bundles, or (2) Multi-Month Bundles.
The Attachment Style Bundles contain the most popular courses for each type of Attachment Style. For example, the Dismissive Avoidant Bundle would give you access to the courses that you need to begin healing your Dismissive Avoidant Attachment Style.
The Multi-Month Bundles will give you access to the All-Access Pass in multiple month increments. For example, you can purchase a 6-month Bundle that will give you access to the All-Access Pass for 6 months for a discounted price. By purchasing the All-Access Pass in a bundle, you can cumulatively save up to 20% off the price of your subscription over a 6 month period!

Individual Courses will give you life-time access to the course(s) that you purchase. However, you will not have access to the Member’s Lounge or Live Webinars.
With an individual course purchase, you will have access to all of the content within that course including workbooks, worksheets and quizzes! If you find you’re looking for access to more content and have already purchased an individual course, reach out to our customer service team to discuss your course purchase contributing to a discount on your All-Access Pass!

Yes! With the All-Access Pass, you will have access to all of the current courses in the School, as well as any content that will be released in the future.
Unique workbooks are available for each course. After clicking “Start Course” from “My Dashboard”, you will see that your course has a variety of Chapters. Under “Chapter One”, you will be able to download any materials related to that course, including workbooks and worksheets.
If you are still having trouble downloading your workbook, refer to the Technical Support video at the top of this page which will review how exactly to download course materials.

If you aren’t sure what your Attachment Style is, you can take our quiz here! Your Attachment Style is one of the most significant factors in shaping how you behave in the relationships in your life (familial, platonic, and romantic), and affects how you build your future.

Lastly, if you’re interested in a variety of courses, it is highly recommended that you try the All-Access Pass. This will give you access to everything in the School so you can see what makes the most significant impact in your personal development journey!
There are three great ways to reach out to Thais with personal questions about your journey.
(1) Reach out to Thais through The Member’s Lounge Forum. If you hold an All-Access Pass, this is the best way to communicate with Thais. You can post any questions you have by visiting: My Dashboard > Member’s Lounge > Forum. These questions will either be answered directly in the Forum, or in upcoming Live Webinars.
(2) Ask Your Question Live in the Weekly Webinars. At the beginning of the month, a webinar schedule will be released with all upcoming webinar times, dates and topics for All-Access Pass holders. There is an open chat box during the Live Webinar where you can communicate directly with Thais to have her answer any questions you have along your journey.
(3) Reach out to Thais through our Facebook Group. You can access the Personal Development School Facebook group here. We have an incredible community of PDS members who post in the group daily, and if you do not have an All-Access pass, you can reach out to Thais through here.

The Member’s Lounge is accessible by visiting: My Dashboard > Member’s Lounge. The Member’s Lounge is only available for All-Access Pass holders.
In the Member’s Lounge, you will have exclusive access to: The Webinar Library which contains all upcoming and past webinars, The Discussion Forum where members collaborate and ask Thais questions, the Q&A Forum, and Feedback Surveys where you can request courses and other content!
Courses can be done at your leisure and convenience. The last page of our Course Guide offers some insight into how to manage your time, however, it is essential to know that you can learn at your own pace!
Yes, you do! We currently are releasing 2-3 new courses per month. We often host polls asking our community what they are interested in learning more about, and tailor our course release schedule to that. If you feel as though there is a personal development topic that you’d like to learn more about, comment in our Facebook group or send us an email!
We care about your feedback and want to continue to grow together.
Once you’ve signed in, your courses are accessible via “My Dashboard”.
Webinars are available for All-Access Pass holders. Past, current and upcoming webinars are available in the Member’s Lounge. You can access the Member’s Lounge by visiting: My Dashboard > Member’s Lounge > Webinar Library.
A webinar schedule is released at the beginning of the month and is tailored to our member’s requests. On the day of each webinar, you will also receive an email reminder with the link of the live webinar and topic being discussed.
Your Dashboard contains all of the courses that you’re enrolled in. If you’ve purchased a bundle or single course, you will see all of the courses you’ve purchased there. If you’re an All-Access Pass holder, all courses will be available via My Dashboard.
To search for a specific course, simply type in what you’re looking for in the Search box. Alternatively, you can navigate to the bottom of your Dashboard page and change the page which you’re on until you find the course you’re looking for.
The 6 courses that show on the homepage of your Dashboard are courses that you’ve recently interacted with. These will switch as you complete and start new courses, thus reflecting which courses you’ve recently started.
The courses are completely available at your convenience! There is no class schedule, and you can watch any course at your own pace at whatever time of day you’d like.
Great question! If you’ve recently gotten a new credit card or would like to switch your payment method, navigate to your name in the top right corner of your home page, click on My Account, and then click on Billing.
From there, you can Edit your payment method and subscription.
All personal details including name, email, billing, order history and profile settings can be edited by clicking on your name in the top right corner of the home page, the by clicking on My Account.
You are charged one month from the purchase date for your subscription to the All-Access pass for the duration that you choose to stay a member.
By purchasing a subscription, you will automatically renew your payment monthly until you choose to cancel.
If you’ve forgotten your password, simply click “Forgot Password” on the sign-in page, and you will receive a link to reset your password.
If you are having difficulty resetting your password, reach out to our customer support team by either booking a call or contacting us via email on this page. We are happy to help you retrieve your information!
Your username is the email that you’ve signed up with. If you are having difficulty remembering which email you’ve used, reach out to our customer service team via email or by scheduling a phone call and we can recover your username for you!
Emails are responded to within 3-4 business days.
You can cancel at any time, without any kind of contract or financial penalty by either: (1) visiting My Account > Billing > Subscription, or (2) emailing our customer service team through the forum on this page. You will hear back in 3-4 business days from us.
Please ensure you cancel your subscription prior to your date of renewal to ensure you aren’t charged for the next month.
